The main role is played by essences of lemon, palmarosa and cumin. Lemon's fresh, light, sweet and sour aroma evokes an uplifting mood and feelings of purity and trust. It also helps to „open the heart“ and is mildly aphrodisiacal. Like cumin, it evokes a sense of confidence and can encourage steadfast determination and intimate commitment. The soft, fresh, citrusy scent of palmarosa can help if you are feeling insecure, nervous and finding it hard to bear the absence of people you love.
The blend stimulates your extroverted nature and releases vitality, vigour and encourages the courage to express yourself. It increases receptivity.
